1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using StockSync ERP, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Subscription & Payments
StockSync ERP is a SaaS platform. Subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform, its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Nestinnova. Your business data remains yours, but you grant us a license to process it.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall StockSync ERP, nor its directors or employees, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
